We provide plans to address accessibility and safety of engagement, including but not limited to physical spaces, cultural safety, affordability, and accommodations for diverse participants especially the underserved communities. Respect in the workplace, programs, Projects, Activities, and Events, meaning respectful behaviour displaying personal integrity and professionalism, practicing fairness, and understanding, demonstrating respect for individual rights, differences and encourage accountability for one’s actions. Respectful workplaces, programs, Projects, Activities, and Events do not just happen, we must build it and we did, built it.
