from the most recently completed fiscal year of 2024.

We need someone to login to the organization=E2=80=
=99s account on the Grant
Management System (GMS) portal here:
https://bcac.smartsimple.ca/s_Login.jsp and make the following corrections/updates in the organization profile =

uploading Financial Statements (available by program at https://www.bcartscouncil.ca/program/=
).
=E2=80=A2Upload the year-end Financial Statements as ONE document (not as s=
eparate pages).
=E2=80=A2DO NOT upload entire year-end package from accountant. ONLY upload=
the actual year-end statement (cover letter, balance sheet, income stateme=
nt and attached notes/schedule).
=E2=80=A2Only the most recent document, at the time of application, will be=
referenced for assessment.
=E2=80=A2DO NOT upload budget/forecast documents or strategic plans in this=
