Three Days of Culture, Art and Community
The festival opens with three days of immersive cultural exhibition at the South Plaza of the Vancouver Art Gallery — a living, breathing celebration of African heritage, diaspora identity, and intercultural connection.

The Community Dialogue Wall invites every visitor to add their voice, their story, and their vision for a united community.

All Day - Full day of facilitated dialogues, workshops, and panel discussions on anti-racism, multiculturalism, and reconciliation. Featuring an invited guest speaker whose voice will ground the day’s conversations in truth, lived experience, and collective action.

5:00 PM Introduction of the Main Festival - The MC takes the stage to highlight the most powerful conversations and moments from the day’s dialogues, building anticipation and setting the tone for the full celebration that follows.
